Important message great detailed illustrations. I really love the message in this book. It flows like a poem with a lot of analogies which i believe is great for children. The art is beautiful. Love the inclusion. My daughter will really love this book. She is 5 and loves to read. I will have to keep it from my 3 year old because the pages are thin and he is not gentle, but i do recommend the book. I will be buying this book for birthday gifts. Iâm posting a picture of my favorite quote/page
Kids need to hear this. My nine year old daughter likes this book. She told me she thought the messages inside were important for lots of kids to hear. My 4 and 7 year old boys liked reading it at bedtime. The illustrations are really fun and nice (my 9 yo is reviewing this with me, haha). We lent it out and we miss it already!
Wow! Just wow! Every little girl needs this! My niece adores this book. She is six years old and she loved that the pictures in the book looked like her and her friends! The words were poetic, fun, freeing and easily relatable. The book also acted as a gateway for us to transition into conversations about what was uniquely beautiful about her and every other girl. By the end of the book and our conversation she smiled and said, âeveryone is specialâ! This book is worth the money I paid and more.
