Informative, interesting and PRACTICAL! A great addition to any gifted parent or teacher’s library. I didn’t realise when I bought the book that it was a collection of articles on all facets of giftedness. The case studies and articles included are all really interesting, informative and, best of all, practical! It’s the sort of book you can pick and choose chapters from according to need. I share some parts (such as Zimmerman’s work) with my children and it sparked some good conversation and motivated some trialling of the ideas discussed. Worth the money. This book has a wealth of good practical information, but I wish that it had more about the personalities/quirks of gifted kids. I would recommend it for someone who is new to the whole concept of giftedness, as I was when I bought it.
