Not what I was expecting Not a book for ADHD kids and there are barely any worksheets in here. The exercises are ridiculous. Have your kid drink water and talk about it. Have your kid eat a snack and talk about it. Have your kid eat a popsicle. Play music while your kid swings. Have your kid do some wall pushups.
