Probably best for teacher training The book has a lot of information and definitions, but is presented in a textbook style so for me it was not very captivating. I gave it a 4 star because of the wide breadth of information and background presented, and to support a text on giftedness. In future editions, I would appreciate a friendlier approach and an index. Not having an index on a book as comprehensive as this one, is a glaring weakness.
